Dr. Jeffrey Kleinheinz, our owner, is a talented dentist with years of experience. After graduating from the University of Minnesota and the Marquette University School of Dentistry, he joined the US Air Force. In the Air Force, Dr. Kleinheinz completed his residency and served on active duty for almost 10 years.
After leaving the service, Dr. Kleinheinz continued his career by following his dream of owning his own practice. In 2000, Kleinheinz Dentistry was born. In the following years, Dr. Kleinheinz, along with an amazing team of staff, built up the practice into a trusted dental clinic in Charlotte for patients from all walks of life.

Dr. Kleinheinz is a distinguished veteran of the US Air Force, where he served as a dentist for 10 years before opening up his own private practice.

How We Give Back
We’ve been successful over the years thanks to our Charlotte community, and we’re passionate about giving back to show our thanks. We regularly support local men’s shelters with complimentary teeth restorations, to help these men get back on their feet. We also provide community care for local veterans through our participation as a community provider with the Veterans Administration.
Dr. Kleinheinz is a third-degree knight in the Knights of Columbus, and also donates his talents to the Mission of Mercy Clinic.

Planning recurring treatments at our practice? You should be—routine oral care is necessary to prevent disease and tooth decay. But at Kleinheinz Dentistry, it’s easy to find the treatment you need, when you need it; just join our membership program!
We offer multiple membership options to suit the needs of any patient. With our children’s membership, you can protect your child’s teeth through 2 yearly exams and cleanings, with fluoride treatments included as well.
We also offer a yearly membership for adults! Join this program for 2 exams and cleanings, yearly X-rays, and a fluoride treatment every year.
Are you at risk for periodontal disease, also known as gum disease? Many people suffer from bleeding or sensitive gums or other symptoms of periodontal disease.
But at Kleinheinz Dentistry, we can help with our dedicated periodontal disease membership. This membership includes all the benefits from our regular adult membership, plus an additional dental cleaning to protect your gums even more.

Financing at Kleinheinz Dentistry
We want every patient to have access to our services. That’s why we’re proud to offer financing at our dental clinic in Charlotte. We’ve partnered with both Cherry and CareCredit to give you multiple options as your financing partner.
Interested in financing? Just apply online to get started! Both Cherry and CareCredit make it easy to apply online and get approved.
Once you’re approved with Cherry, they’ll work with us to coordinate payment for your treatment. Then you can visit our practice like normal. Cherry will cover the session at the time and then you can pay off the treatment through a payment plan.
CareCredit is very similar, but they will send you an actual CareCredit card once you’re approved. This card works similarly to any other credit card, but it is only usable at medical practices like Kleinheinz Dentistry. You can pay for any of our services with your CareCredit card. Then you can pay the card off, just like any credit card!
