Cherry
Cherry makes it easy to get approved for financing! Just apply online to get started, then visit our practice like normal. Cherry will cover the treatment and you can pay them back over time.
Care Credit
With CareCredit, you’ll receive a special CareCredit card that you can use to pay for any of our treatments at Kleinheinz Dentistry. Then you can pay it back with CareCredit’s flexible payment options.
A note About Insurance
As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim for you. Please contact our office for any coverage-related questions. Kleinheinz Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs). However, we’re happy to file any insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. We can file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Please note that your dental insurance carrier may pay less than the actual bill for services. After 45 days, any outstanding claims are considered delinquent, and you will be billed in full at that time. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered on your behalf or that of your dependents. If it becomes necessary to send your information to collections for non-payment; there will be a 30% charge added to the amount owed.
