Dr. Kleinheinz isn't just a great dentist, he's a good listener and communicator who understands and treats accordingly to what you need (not 'what can we sell you'). As a child my front teeth got knocked, and its been challenging to keep my smile. Dr. Kleinheinz layed-out a restoration plan that will hopefully last a good long while into the future.

Very happy with kleinheinz dentistry
I have gotten many crowns over the last 48 years from three other dentists. Dr. Ashlin said my tooth was cracked under a huge old filling. She said I needed a crown. I procrastinated for a year because the tooth did not hurt. As all of us know, it is a lengthy, very painful procedure. My jaw surgery 40 years ago has made it very difficult to open my moth for extended periods of time. Dr. Ashlin was patient and asked me frequently if I needed a break and told me to raise my hand at any time and she would stop. She did a fantastic job numbing the area, she worked very efficiently and the new way of doing crowns in one sitting was so easy. Usually I am sore for days. I even planned a soft dinner. Last night I forgot I even had the procedure. I was just so amazed at the painless, quick and positive experience.
This is the best dental office I've ever been to. They have the most state-of-the-art technology and the friendliest staff! The hygienists were so gentle and my cleanings were very thorough. I chose Dr. Jeffrey Kleinheinz as my dentist many years ago after relocating to Charlotte, NC. I came from a small town where doctors know your history and are aware of the fears and apprehensions of medical procedures and thus acquire a different type of patience and caring. Recently, I had to have a problem tooth extracted and was more than apprehensive from my old school perception of what was going to happen. Dr. Kleinheinz was amazing and guided me through the procedure with patience, caring, and expertise. Today was my first visit to Kleinheinz Dentistry. I just moved here from Long Island, NY and I was not only pleased but very impressed. Their staff is amazing. My first impression was Nicole who greeted me and coordinated all the paperwork details. Then Dr. Aslin's assistant Amanda who took xrays. Both are pleasant and professional and had everything ready for my exam and consultation with Dr. Ashlin. Dr. Ashlin reviewed my chart, performed a cleaning , answered questions and set up an appointment plan for the necessary work. She was a pleasure Their equipment is cutting edge and I was immediately at ease. For someone who has been to a lot of dentists in New York, and does not normally write reviews, this was an exceptional experience.

Dr. K and his team are AMAZING! I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve always taken such good care of me. Eventually my spouse moved over to them as well and they even sent us two movie tickets for a date night on them as a thank you. They always offer less invasive/more cost effective options first and never have charged me if I’ve had a problem/needed an adjustment from any of the work they’ve done. Dr. Kleinheinz is the best dentist in Charlotte. I have been his patient for over five years and I can vouch for it. He is an ex- US Air Force doctor who now serves his community. On my recent visit to his fabulous, state-of-the-art clinic, I felt totally ‘safe’ in these unprecedented times due to pandemic. I am from ‘high risk’ family but was accommodated to my needs by the terrific staff. I was given an early appointment when very few other patients were present. I used the ‘side’ entrance and had no contact with any other patients during my entire visit. The best part was I felt fantastic after he fixed my teeth. Thank you Dr K.

A good friend recommended Dr Kleinheinz, so I scheduled a cleaning, which I used to dread, but everyone was friendly while being professional. They observed all safety precautions of these crazy COVID-19 times, while maintaining the patient friendly atmosphere. They made me feel like I was a priority. My wait was very short, none of that, show up at appointment time and wait an hour in the waiting room. My cleaning was fast, friendly, thorough and painless. When the dentist came in to examine me after the cleaning they found a couple of cavities, but, instead of making me schedule another appointment, another day, they checked my schedule and then theirs and after a short wait, while they attended to other scheduled patients, they took me back in and skillfully and most importantly painlessly, took care of the problem areas. I can’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, schedule friendly dentists office, this is the place you’re looking for.

I started with Dr. K after my long time dentist retired. I was nervous to start over with someone new, but gave it a shot. My first appointment went very well. The entire staff were welcoming and understanding of my anxiety about the dentist. dr. k went above and beyond to explain everything about my teeth, treatment plan and what I wanted from the office. He was very down to earth, professional and polite. I look forward to working with him in the future. I highly recommend this office. His assistant Emma was also very friendly and helped to keep me calm and made sure I understood everything going on. Thanks so much to the whole staff!

Dr. Kleinheinz is an amazing dentist and truly the only one who has made me feel comfortable. We first discovered his office due to an emergency root canal, one of my most dreaded fears, but he explained the whole process before, during, and after the procedure and at no point during the visit was I uncomfortable. He is very easy to talk to and always listens to your concerns to help you feel at ease. Dr. Kleinheinz explained that he was heading out the next day to go to a dental conference in Atlanta where he continued learning about the newest and best practices, procedures, and equipment. If you are hesitant at all about dental work, then give this office a chance. Very professional and very welcoming. Each member of the staff is nicer than the next. Outstanding.

Fantastic staff and very knowledgeable and caring dentist. My son had a broken tooth which they took care of on an emergency (next day) basis. While I had him out of school they also fit in a cleaning. GREAT place to ensure healthy teeth!!!

Dr. Kleinheinz is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to! I am deeply traumatized by past experiences and he was just the most calmest and gentlest Dentist. I’ve had a crown put in and two cavities and I didn’t feel a thing. He explained everything he was doing. He was sociable, pleasant and took the time with me. From the moment you walk in the office you have a sense of calm. Everyone there is wonderful. Emma was so good to me and explained things clearly about my mouth guard I need. I haven't seen a dentist with whom I felt comfortable in a while. Upon my first visit, I felt very welcome and comfortable. They all took the time to get to know me and show me around. They were very gentle and precise never feeling rushed.

Dr. Jeffrey Kleinheinz turned out to be fantastic. He answered every question I had and has been very accommodating squeezing me in on his time off and is easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I felt welcome at his office by him and office manager Jay. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic so far - I finally feel like I can smile without pain again! Have been going to Dr. Kleinheinz for over 20 years. His and his staff are all caring and extremely competent with very up to date technology. Going to the dentist is always a challenge for me as I still clearly remember having teeth filled WITHOUT Novocaine as a little girl. Dr. Kleinheinz explains every step and his injections NEVER hurt. The extra comforts (blanket, music, wearing my headphones, being sensitive to my signals to wait a minute, etc), are very much appreciated and help reduce my anxiety level. I would recommend his practice to any one!
Best dentistry I've ever been to. It has a great small practice vibe, where I feel like I'm treated professionally and as a friend more than a number. Great experience from beginning to end. Online paperwork, super welcoming receptionists, friendly and knowledgable hygienists, and of course an awesome dentist. There are very few organizations who try as hard as they do to create a great customer experience.

Dr Kleinheinz and his entire staff were great. My first visit and needed a crown put on for a broken tooth. It was done perfectly and they made a cap in their lab that same appointment. So no having to come back with a temp mold. It was all top notch. 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely had a wonderful experience!! I’m 40 years old and LITERALLY refrained from going to dentists simply because I had a major fear. Often, dentists would be very liberal in their views and tell you you need more done than what needed to be. Dr. Kleinheinz and his staff are very conservative and do not do that. They were very helpful in keeping me informed the entire time of what they were doing and made me feel completely comfortable. This is by far the most friendly staff I could have ever asked for. They also have the ability to make your crown same day and they did so!! Couldn’t thank them enough

I've been a patient of Dr.K for over a decade, he and his staff are always very polite, professional and personable. I've never felt rushed to get in and out of the office or pushed into doing something I am unsure of. Dr.K and any of his staff will take the time to listen to you and answer any questions or concerns that you may have, and at the same time make it fun and light. Which in my case of a broken tooth needing repair and years later a root canal doesn't seem like such an easy feat. Their work is always done in a very timely manner, not rushed at all but completed as quick and correctly as possible. I'm writing this review today because of the visit I just paid. I needed a root canal on a tooth that had died and become infectious. My appt was at noon, the staff noticed that there was an opening earlier in the day and knowing that I was in pain were mindful enough to give me a call and offer the earlier appt to get me out of pain sooner. I of course took it and was unbelievably greatful for their being so mindful of my situation and being willing to help me out as best they could. They were able to get me in and out in about 2 hours completely PAIN FREE! That was even with personal stories and photos being shared! You can not go wrong with Dr. Kleinheinz office. Dr.Kleinheinz, Jay, Lauren , Rachel and Kayla have done an excellent job removing the usual negative stigma of dentists for me and my mother. I would give them two thumbs all the way the f up!!

How many people can say that they actually 'enjoy' going to their dentist visits? We do! Visiting the office is like visiting old friends. Dr. Kleinheinz is careful, considerate, and skilled — he takes times to listen and to educate you on what he is doing. His staff are well-chosen to reflect and project the goals of the doctor. If you need crown work, this is the office to seek out, as they manufacture the crown on-site, based on digital imagery, and tweak it to fit perfectly — all within two hours. We live in Hawaii and were referred to Dr. Kleinheinz by the friends we were visiting because of an emergency cracked tooth — from that point on Dr. Kleinheinz was our man!

I arrived early morning at Kleinheinz Dentistry. I wasn’t thrilled about being up and out so early. I walked in Dr. Kleinheinz’s office and Jennie and Lauren welcomed me like I was family. It made me feel so good and relaxed. Great, great customer service. Then Heather, my hygienist greeted me as if I was the most important person to her. This is why I have been with this practice for over 15 years. Amanda was friendly to me as well. Kleinheinz Dentistry is truly the best and I would put them as number one in Dentistry. Dr. Kleinheinz is truly one of a kind!!! He always takes the time to say hi and see how I’m doing even if he is not doing my exam. I arrive and leave happy EVERY time.

OMG. Where do I begin about this dentist, his amazing staff, and beautiful practice!! I have been a patient at Kleinheinz for a few years now and they are by far the best. They helped me with the problems I have with my teeth and leave the ones I don't consider a problem alone. What I mean is that they got a bite guard for me to stop clenching my jaw at night but they don't try to talk me into spending a bunch of money on braces for my crooked bottom teeth when I'm not having any problems from them. They also are very good about taking patient requests if able. My cousin doesn't like the sound of metal scraping against things. Kleinheinz has a big bold note in his chart reading "SONIC TOOLS ONLY." How many other dentists do that?

Kleinheinz Dentistry is the best dentist in Charlotte,. My family has been patients for the past 9 years. Everyone in the office is competent and friendly. They make going to the dentist a wonderful experience, We have had regular teeth cleaning , cavities filled and a dental implant. All procedures are done perfectly.

I always have a great experience at Dr. Kleinheinz's office. My wife, kids, and parents all go to Dr Kleinheinz. I have been going there for 17 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kids are getting their teeth cleaned right now. Very kind and professional! The staff is wonderful, pleasant, and kind.

Kleinhienz Dentistry is a caring, friendly and excellent group. Our family had been with Dr K since 1998! Family practice that offers excellent service and does great work. They are super accommodating for appointments and emergencies! I would highly recommend Dr Kleinhienz and his staff.
From reception to dental hygienist to Dr Kleinheinz, everyone is wonderful! My husband and I have a unfortunate history with prior bad dental experiences, but not here! My boys have been coming since they were four and actually look forward to their visits! !! I prefer them to a pediatric dentist hands down. Highly recommend them! Dr. Kleinheinz and his staff make you feel like family! Dr. Kleinheinz is a genuine, caring dentist who gives his time and you don't feel rushed for him to get to his next patient! The best dentist in my opinion.
Dr. Kleinheinz is by far the best dentist. Every time I walk into the office I feel so welcomed. Everyone knows me by name and I haven't been going there that long. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist, but with Dr. K, I do!

Dr Kleinheinz and his entire staff is excellent. Everyone is very professional but still personable. They are interested in you as a person, not just a client. Whatever you are having done is done with care and precision. You can rest assured you are in very good hands. Both my husband and myself offer the highest praise for them all.
