At Kleinheinz Dentistry, we do not work for an insurance company because we work 100% for our patients. We are a fee-for-service office, but we can help you file all insurances (except Medicaid). We do everything possible to maximize your benefits
The fees that we charge and the treatment that we are going to recommend are specifically designed to serve individual needs and never based on your insurance coverage.

Periodontal
- 2 Exams
- 3 Cleanings

- Fluoride ONCE a year
$650 a year per person (A YEARLY SAVINGS OF $216)
Panoramic X-ray $75 (needed every 3-5 years) A SAVINGS OF $66

Please note that your dental insurance carrier may pay less than the actual bill for services. After 45 days, any outstanding claims are considered delinquent, and you will be billed in full at that time. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered on your behalf or that of your dependents. Your account should then be sent to collections for non-payment; there will be a 30% charge added to the amount owed.
Warranty Policy To Be Noted
If you keep up with your regular hygiene appointments every 6 months or as recommended by our Doctors a Hygienists, we will keep our Warranty Promise, which is that if we do a filling and it needs to be replaced, we will replace it at no charge within 2 years. If we do a crown and it needs to be replaced, we will replace it at no charge within 5 years.
